A download button is a promise. This page explains the work that happens before Traffic Racer Russian, or any build we cover, earns one on this site.
The phones on our rack
Every build is installed and driven on five real devices: a Samsung Galaxy A55 on Android 15, a Google Pixel 8 on Android 16, a Redmi Note 13 Pro on Android 14, an Infinix Note 40 Pro on Android 14, and a Samsung Galaxy A13 on Android 12. That spread covers the phones our readers actually use, from a budget workhorse to current flagships, so our performance notes are measured, not guessed.
The checks every file passes
- Identity: the package name and developer signature must match the genuine game.
- Size: the file size must match what we publish in the details table.
- Behaviour: permissions, background activity and first-launch behaviour are audited on device.
- Play: our reviewer drives the build for hours, including the busiest traffic scenes and full online rooms.
- Updates: when the developer ships a new build, the whole process runs again before we swap the file.
How ratings work
The star rating shown on this site comes from real player ratings for the game, and it is displayed as a simple average with the number of ratings beside it. Our own opinion lives where it belongs: in the written review and the final verdict, signed by the reviewer who did the driving.
Guides from real play
Our guides are written from our own sessions on the current build. Setups, mission tips and tuning advice are tested in game before they are published, and when an update changes how something works, we update the guide to match.
