Police Mode in Traffic Racer Russian: Chases, Escapes and Rewards
Both sides of the law: escaping patrols in village shortcuts and running pursuits yourself, with the tactics that actually work.

ROUTE On this page
Police missions give the open world its spice. One day you are the problem, threading a chase through village shortcuts with lights in your mirror; the next you are the patrol, learning that stopping a determined driver is a craft of positioning, not ramming. Both roles appear in the daily rotation described across Traffic Racer Open World guides; here is how to be good at each.
Escaping well
Chases are won by map knowledge. Village side lanes, farm tracks and the gaps between buildings break line of sight, and losing the patrol is about disappearing, not outrunning: they know the straights as well as you do. Keep a mental map of two escape routes from wherever you are, and never take the obvious highway when a lane will do.
Pursuing well
As the patrol, patience pays. Match pace, take the inside of corners, and let the runner make the mistake that traffic eventually forces. Contact works best at low relative speed, nudging a rear quarter rather than charging head-on and bouncing off into the scenery yourself.
Rewards and practice
Police missions sit near the top of the daily pay table, and the driving they teach, anticipation, route planning, car placement, transfers directly to online racing. Practise escapes in offline free roam until the village map lives in your head. Learn both sides of the chase and Traffic Racer Russian gains a whole second game inside the first.
Keep driving
